Dear Chicago Retail Intellis -

Following up on my email about the NLRB election in our Chicago coffeebars, Intelligentsia has filed a voter list with the NLRB and provided a copy to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1220. This list includes the names, addresses, home phone numbers, cell phone numbers and email addresses for baristas and shift leads who are eligible to vote. The NLRB regulations require that this information is provided to the NLRB and to the union. If you do not want to receive calls, text messages, emails or visits from the union, you should notify the union directly.
